OPERATIONS MANAGER

OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Make Policy, Planning and Sales Strategy for a manufacturing plant
2. Retail Management and product development.
3. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
4. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
5. Oversee the whole operations i.e production, maintenance of plant. Stock Control, Human Resource and Sales and marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Minimum of 10 year experience of retail management is a mandatory requirement preferably in a supervisory/Managerial level.
2. Minimum of 5 year experience in Warehousing logistics in a retail environment required.
