Resource Allocation Manager

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Human Resource Management/ Post Graduate qualification in human resources management will be an added advantage.

The candidate should also have an additional qualification in Finance/Commerce/Economics with over 10 years’ experience. The job entails effective allocation of Assets and Manpower to different divisions of our operations and optimize the utilization of resources.

This position also entails preparing plans for Asset Procurement and Manpower Recruitment in advance based on projections and budgets.
