Radical Investments Pty Ltd t/a Flotek Pipes and Irrigation, manufacturers of PVC, C-PVC, UPVC, and MPVC Pipes and Rotomoulded Tanks, based in Lobatse have the following vacancy:

Sales and Marketing Manager (CPVC)

The ideal candidate should have a Marketing/ Business degree or equivalent with a minimum work of 10 years specialized experience in marketing and sales operations of CPVC products and other piping/ plumbing solutions as well as understanding manufacturing environment with at least 5 years of which should have been in management. The candidate should be able to come up with technologically advanced marketing strategies to direct the company’s marketing strategy of the newly established Flotek Flowguard CPVC plumbing solution for Botswana and the SADC market. Will be expected to lead and train a team of sales reps responsible for the marketing and demonstrations of Flotek Flowguard CPVC plumbing solution. The candidate should have international sales and marketing exposure and will be expected to travel to countries where Flo*Tek has operations for purposes of marketing products.
