Litigation Secretary

Duties & Responsibilities

This role will involve full support to a senior Associate Attorney and Director of the firm.

Qualifications

• This would be an ideal role for someone with a minimum of Diploma in Business Management /Secretarial Studies or Diploma Law.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar Legal Environment

Skills

• Typing up of correspondence and Court pleadings, summons and Notices, Bills of Costs, Indexes, etc,
• Experienced and skilled at formatting letters and Court documents to high standard. Ability to work meticulously and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills
• Well presented, and professional.
• Hard working, reliable.
• Dictaphone typing, Strong attention to detail.
• Liaising with Deputy Sheriffs
• Excellent command of the English Language, in a written and verbal capacity.
• Strong Typing, Spelling and Grammar.
• ability to liaise well with clients

Package & Remuneration

Salary / Package is negotiable based on qualifications and experience
