KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – BOMAID

Bomaid is looking for dynamic experienced and hands on individual tor the following position

Main purpose of the job

Reporting to the Key Accounts Coordinator the incumbent will be tasked with providing excel­lent customer services to customers and to ensure retention of Bomaid members. Furthermore, the Key Accounts Executive will also look at providing Bomaid product awareness, visibility and relationship management through companies’ staff representatives.

Key Performance Areas

• Conduct member education, man help desk and courtesy visits
• Regular Portfolio profiling reports
• Manage database of our portfolio
• Provision of reports on performance of the company
• Disseminates of general Bomaid information and information management
• Organic membership growth within existing portfolios
• Ensure at least 2 visits in a year with executive management of the client and Bomaid
• Handling of member queries escalated from customer service officers which has a potential to dent relationship with company

Job requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales and customer service environment
