The role of the finance Officer involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business.

Role
The job description generally includes:
*Managing records & receipts
*Assisting in the preparation of budgets
*Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
*Preparing balance sheets
*Processing invoices
*Developing on in depth knowledge of organisational products and process
*Providing customer service to clients
Supporting the executives with projects and tasks when required
*Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
*Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
Industrial 6 months-2 years experience
Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting from any recognized institution
Degree will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the below programs will be advantage.
*GL Account Management
*QUICK BOOKS
*HP TRIM
*XERO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
