Market Day (Pty) Ltd is a property investment company looking for a capable & experienced Property Administrator, to work under supervision, in managing fifty-nine (59) of its lettable units located in Tlokweng, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for filling vacancies, showing units, tenant assessments and concluding lease agreements;
- Overseeing monthly rentals, tracking rental collections, security deposit and preparing monthly rent rolls;
- Advising on rental rates by surveying local rental rates and performing market intelligence;
- Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, scheduling routine maintenance, processing evictions and unit inspections when a tenant moves out.
