Accounts Clerk (x2 Positions) – Powergate

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or full AAT

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Raising customer invoices for all product sales and services and prompt dispatch to customers;

2. Capture of all customer and supplier invoices in Pastel accounting software;

3. Compilation of monthly cashbooks for all bank accounts and performance of bank reconciliations;

4.  Performance of debtors and creditors reconciliations;

5. Compilation of monthly payroll inputs for all staff;

6. Compilation of VAT and PAYE returns on an on-going basis;

7.  Processing of payments on an on-going basis;

8.  Filing of all documentation on an on-going basis.

EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES

•  Must have at least 3 years work experience in Industry;

•  Must have good double entry bookkeeping skills;

•  Must be Pastel Partner proficient;

•  Must have good MS Office skills;

•  Must have good spoken and written business communication skills
