Duties and Responsibilities

• Site inspection of facilities (Civil and Buildings Works)

• Prepare list of faults and breakdowns for corrections

• Receive fault and breakdown reports from end users and be able to scope it into a quotation (RFQ)

• Generate scopes of work for all maintenance requests/requirements

**Qualification & Experience Required**

• Minimum of Level-4 Diploma in Civil/Building Construction Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year proven Experience.

• Hands on experience with stable work history on Building Maintenance – Plumbing, Painting and Carpentry works would have an added advantage

• Applicant must have clear knowledge of Auto-CAD application/design

• Applicant must have A Valid Driver’s License

• Applicant must be registered with ERB (Registered or Professional Category)

• Applicant should be ready to work in Selibe Phikwe Region
