We need an innovative individual to join the sales team. Your strong organizational skills and energetic nature is indispensable in the effective running of our business.

Key Performance Areas:

• Check if the discounts on the actual order correspond with the discount given to minimize value claims.
• Decrease % of claims VS turnover less than 1%
• Liaise with the sales reps to deliver orders on time
• Ensure orders are signed by the store manager to avoid same day returns
• Ensure all faxed copies are received and clear.
• Ensure orders are downloaded daily.
• Ensure orders are captured on the right customers and pricing is correct.
• Ensure returns are captured together with the order to avoid order being delivered and returns not collected.
• Ensure that correct material codes and correct quantities are used
• Ensure NOD & NDD is strictly followed to avoid any delays & additional costs
• Ensure that customer purchase orders are filed timeously and numerically.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed Form 5
• 1-2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
• Computer literacy; Microsoft office.
• SAP preferred
