Facilitator (x12 positions)

Report To: Project Officer DREAMS

Position Summary:

Facilitators support in the implementation activities and household economic component of the DREAMS project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Economic strengthening session on a quality manner and educate member about finance books.
• Provides personal, social, physical, emotional and mental services to children participating in lifeskills and AGYW groups.
• Identify and refer cases to Project Officers.
• Conduct self-review and documentation quality.
• Ensure all assessment and reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Facilitate community mobilization toward economic activities.
• Work closely with community structures to follow up on the planned activities with support of Project Officer ESC.
• Provide information to ESC group to ensure accountability fairness during cash and disbursement activities.
• Contributing to developing work plan and implementing for ES activities.
• Directly implement activities as defined in the project in close collaboration with other Facilitators community stakeholder.
• Support the verification of beneficiaries to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable is done based on project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate in social work or Certificate in Community Development.
• BGCSE
• 1-2 experience working in related field.
• Computer Literate
