BRANCH SUPERVISOR (TSABONG)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To coordinate and ensure smoother day-to-day operation and robustly promote company s business.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Successful candidates will be expected to:
•Ensure proper conduct of funerals and delivery of exceptional customer service.
•Ensure branch opening and closing times are adhered to:
•Ensure all electrical and mechanical assets are accounted for and fully functional at all times;
•Mondor movement of bodies and ensure funeral schedules are adhered to;
•Monitor vehicle movements, fuel consumption and usage, updating of log-books and compliance with the vehicle maintenance schedule.
•Reconale sales invoices and collection at the end of every day and ensure deposits are done accordingly:
•Manage an aspects of funeral Insurance segment of the business at the branch;
•Manage stock and oversee the selling of company products and services:
•Provide complete details on the performance of the branch on a monthly basis in the form of a written report;
•Manage branch staff on a day-to-day basis;
•Manage relationship with various stakeholders and customers in the region.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum O level or higher
•Minimum of three (3) years of operational work experience of which one year should be supervisory in nature.
•A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
•Ability to manage a staff complement of six members.
•Ability to facilitate and impart knowledge through training.
•Assertive, pro-active, innovative and result-oriented.
•Ability to make good and timely business decisions.
•Computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.).
