1. Butchery Manager
Overall Duty
To oversee the day to day running of the butchery ensuring that customer needs and demands are met at the same time maximising business profits.
Specific Roles/Duties
· Receive, inspect and record arriving stock
· Ensure all products quality standards are adhered to
· Control and Maintain all inventory records
· Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered on time
· Management of all assets (cars, storage facilities etc)
· Maximise sales
· Produce daily sales reports
· Staff supervision
Job Requirements
· BGCSE or better
· Certificate in business management, accounting, sales management, or any related field
· At least 5 years’ experience in meat production, Fast Moving Goods, sales management or better
· Any qualification in meat inspection will be an added advantage
· Class B driver’s license
Desired skills and Competencies
· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Team player
· Exceptional supervisory skills
· Computer literate (Microsoft office package)
