Hospitality Intern (x3 positions)

Qualifications & Experience:

Certificate in Tourism & hospitality or equivalent
minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment
Must have strong command of both written and spoken Setswana & English language
Must be computer literate
Must be competent in the basic use of Microsoft Suite (Microsoft word, Microsft excel etc)
Must know how to operate email
A drivers licence would be an added advantage

Duties:

Receives and handles client bookings
Makes courtesy calls to clients (after sales service)
Does client set ups
Handles client queries
