RPC DATA, the largest Business Software Solutions company in Botswana is expanding. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our team

Project Leaders

• Must have a Degree in Science, Commerce or Engineering
• Diploma / PG Diploma in Computer Applications
• Must be a Prince 2 Qualified
• Minimum work experience of 15 years in the business software industry
• Minimum work experience of 10 years in Lead Analyst / Project Lead role
• Should have worked on at least two Oracle EBS projects and one SAP Project.
• Minimum experience of 12 years in business software development and support
• Minimum experience of 10 years in working with Botswana Govt. / Parastatals
• Experience in leading technical team of Developers / Analysts / Software Engineers
• Experience in carrying out Presales work in RPC’s domain expertise areas
• Should understand SDLC with work experience in CDM /AIM methodologies
• Possess experience in System design, planning, controlling, delegating & monitoring the development & implementation of a module / set of modules
