LEGAL SECRETARY – LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

ARMSTRONGS, a leading law firm in Gaborone, is urgently looking for the services of a Legal Secretary for its Litigation Department.

The ideal candidate must:

• be committed and be able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast pace environment;
• have a good knowledge of preparing legal documents;
• be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word;
• have excellent communication skills;
• have a professional phone manner;
• understand diary management;
• be able to transcribe from a Dictaphone;
• be expected to work with minimal supervision.

At least three years’ work experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage.
