HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager is expected to contribute at both strategic and operational levels in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate management solutions in addition to providing a customer-focused HR service. She/he will develop and deliver people management strategies to support PCI’s overall strategic aims and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Translate the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and provide leadership for HR management related learning and development.
• Lead the Department of HR with the overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization.
• Work closely with other departments and assist the line managers in understanding and implementing HR procedures and policies.
• Plan long & short-term recruitment needs in accordance with the requirement of the organization.
• Lead in managing timely and quality performance management and coaching.
• Lead in managing systems and processes of compensation for the organisation.
• Ensure all legal processes are adhered to in HR management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Development/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations or related field from a reputed institute. At least six years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, recruitment & selection, orientation, managing HR budget and conflict resolution. Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practices.
