Our client ZATI MOTORS, a start-up company that offers Motor Mechanical and Electrical Services is looking for an ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR.

An opportunity has risen to work for this upcoming organisation based in Gaborone. The company would invite applications from suitably qualified, highly organised, enthusiastic, motivated and experienced candidates for this position.

SCOPE OF THE JOB

To effectively oversee the office administration work and produce reports to the Managmig Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ ATTRIBUTES

• Preparing reports and filling documents
• Answering telephone calls
• Invoicing
• Word processing, spreadsheets and presentations
• Provision of customer service
• Scheduling meetings.
• Managing inventory records
• Maintaimg company records & files
• Handling budget & office reporting
• Sending & receiving corresepondence

• Produce reports to Managing Director
• Sound decision- making and good customer negotiating skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Other duties will be delegated from time to time by the Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree or Diploma in related field
• Prior administrative experience
• Sound Computer Skills especially Word & Spreadsheet
• Fluent in Setswana and English
