SHIFT LEADER WAREHOUSE (X3)

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Warehousing or related
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Warehousing
• Drivers License (08)
• Forklift License

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible for the leading, controlling, organising, planning and coordinating of all Warehouse Functions and activities
• Responsible for relevant reporting to Management regarding Warehouse activities
• Responsible for Warehouse reports, daily, weekly and monthly
• Ensure that the processes and procedures are followed and kept as given.
• Ensure all required documents re. Training, procedures, policies are known and available to all.
• Ensure that all warehouse personnel receives and acquires the relevant training as required.
• Maintain a high standard of discipline regarding Warehouse activities.
• Responsible for keys to all stores functions.
• Ensure Multiskilling of Warehouse Personnel
• Maintaining the administration of Warehouse procedures and systems
• Maintain a stock accuracy as per target instructions.
• Housekeeping of Warehouse and outside area
