SPECIALIZED VEGETARIAN CHEF

BAPS SWAMINARAYAN HINDU MISSION BOTSWANA would like to invite suitable candidates for the position of Specialized Vegetarian Chef.

The candidate is required to have experience of a minimum period of 5 years in the preparation of vegetarian food and should have specific knowledge in preparing vegetarian food for offering to deities in line with Swaminarayan Temple requirements and Hindu Rites and Rituals in general.

The candidate is required to be decent, sober, non-alcoholic and non-smoker with references from previous employers.

In addition, the candidate is required to be expert and be able to cook various Gujarati meals, sweets & confectionaries i.e. mohanthal, penda, barfi, bundi ladoo, kaju katri, khaman, dhokra, kachori, samosas, ghota, bhajia, pav bhaji, vada pav including various other specialized vegetarian items.
