SPECIALIST CURRY AND CULINARY CHEF wanted at Great Explorations/ Xigera Safari Lodge

Great Explorations/ Xigera Safari Lodge invites job applications from suitable and qualified individuals for the following position: Specialist Curry and Culinary Chef. The Candidate should be aself-motivated with experience in Indian,eastern,and south Asian cuisine. This position requires vital work experience in five-star hotel operations or similar.

Job Summary: The candidate will be reporting to the Executive chef and is required to create appealing and creative meals of the highest quality for guests. The incumbent candidate will facilitate training of staff and recipes/guidelines to curate our culinary experience.

Qualifications

• First Entry- Diploma in food preparation and cuny chef cooking skills from a reputable institution or relevant experience.
• Must have 3 -5 years working experience in a five-star hotel/ lodge/restaurant as a cuny specialist.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a clean Police clearance

Remuneration: A salary will be offered which matches the qualifications, work experience and expected contribution of the successful candidate.
