CONTRACTS & PRODUCT SPECIALIST (x2 positions) wanted at Nashua Botswana

Nashua Botswana invites applications from suitably qualified and well experienced individuals to fill in the post of “CONTRACTS & PRODUCTS SPECIALIST” tenable in Gaborone to handle the contracts department and oversee sales processes for all branches. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting and driving product knowledge on Nashua’s product range.

Purpose of the Job

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the daily workings of the Contacts Department
• Loading of contracts on Signiflow and Docuware
• Coordination of all stores and delivery activities to ensure effective management of stock and stock activity
• Ensure the implementation of strategic plans from Nashua Limited
• Monitor Sales Managers implementation of budget
• Coordination of the Sales Representatives in all their sales activities and processes
• Client liaison to ensure timeous delivery of products and follow up
• Maintenance of demonstration list
• Daily monitoring of Inform Activity among for the Sales Department
• Nashua Limited liaison to ensure effective and precise activity on Athena
• Facilitate the improvement of product knowledge among the Sales team

Educational Requirements and Experience

• Knowledge of Nashua’s product range
• Minimum of 5 years specific industry experience
• Academic Qualifications are an added advantage but emphasis to be placed on practical experience and a proven track record – candidates to fully motivate for the position.
