- To oversee the network status and immediately communicate on the network outages
- To alert Power Support Technicians by using software when a network device fails or when a network node or connection point might go wrong.
- Monitor screen supervision i.e., weather, C-track, sites location
- Maintain and follow escalation procedure as specified within the SLA
- Ensure there is proper communication to Field Technicians and external clients
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication, IT or a related qualification
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
- Computer literate; Microsoft tools
- Valid light Duty Drivers license
