JOB SUMMARY

To provide administration and general human resource service support to meet the Company’s mandate. Among other key responsibilities, they will be responsible for:

• Recruitment & Selection
• Staff Administration
• Employee Relations
• Payroll Administration
• Training Management
• Motivation & Team Cohesion
• Performance Management
• Employee records Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position you must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Equivalent
• At least one (1) year work experience in a General Human Resources Management function
• A good understanding of the Employment Act and HR Best Practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES

The prospective employee must have the following skills and abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Great attention to details and problem solving
• Good organizational skills
• Work in high pressure environment
