JOB MISSION: As BRANCH MANAGER you will manage and oversee branch personnel, supervise branch operations, and ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. You will improve productivity and branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels. You will also ensure excellent service standard, ensure agreed applications turn around times and maintain high customer service.

DUTIES

Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Developing and implementing sales plans
Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
Ensures that applications captured by employees is of high quality and accuracy is maintained
Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
Resolving customer problems as needed
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within your state
Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

Requirements

COP-Long Term is a MUST
Degree/Diploma in any field related to Business or Finance

2-3 years’ experience from Micro lending institutions and/or financial service institution

Proven sales experience in a financial or related industry
Proven customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Proven supervisory or Managerial experience
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
