CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/ESTIMATOR – A-Villa Engineering

VACANCY: CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/ESTIMATOR

A-Villa Engineering is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Contract Administrator/ Estimator to lead our tendering department, the successful candidate will spearhead the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing contract proposals to support organizational growth goals.
• Ensuring that contract info (processes, conditions and details are shared with management, business partners and other employees.
• Analyze labor, material, time and customer requirements for projects.
• Estimate costs by looking at the entire project and present cost estimates to upper management. Note the difference between estimated cost and actual cost
• Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
• Input cost data into company database
• Ensure compliance with contact law, legal framework and company standards
• Supervise the project’s team
• Process payment projections
• Initiate payment certificates

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management
• At least 4 years’ experience in tendering with a good record of successful bids.
• At least one year experience in contract administration of BPC tenders.
