HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER- HEMAMO INVESTMENTS (WIMPY GABORONE)

Reporting to the General Manager; the incumbent will be tasked to execute the following;

• to consistently carry out the company’s recruitment process
• effectively manage the Performance Management system
• manage the implementation of the company’s training and development plan
• to draw up and effectively manage the HR Office budget
• consistently manage the company’s payroll system and processes
• continually create awareness and drive staff’s compliance to the company’s health and safety policies/ procedures as well as condition of service
• to maintain employees’ files

Work experience and qualifications

Minimum of degree in Human Resource Management/ Social – Sciences

-must have at least 3 to 5 years working experience
