| PLC Operator | 3 year Diploma | 5 years PLC experience |
| Pellet press operator | JC School | 3 years pellet press experience |
| Premix Operator | JC School | 3 years batching experience |
| Bobcat / Forklift operator | Valid forklift and drivers license | 5 years operating experience |
| Boiler operator | JC School | 3 years boiler experience |
| Weigh bridge administrator | JC School | 3 years weighbridge or logistics experience |
| Electrician | National Craft Certificate | 7 years milling electrical experience |
| Artisan / Boiler maker | National Craft Certificate | 3 years boiler experience |
| Artisan / Fitter | National Craft Certificate | 7 years milling artisan experience |
| NIR Operator / Lab Assistant | 3 year degree | 3 years lab experience |
| Technical advisor | BSc degree | 5 years poultry experience |
| Tele sales Operator | Grade 12 | 3 years marketing experience |
| Retail Store Manager | B. Comm Degree | 5 years retail experience |
| Accountant | Financial degree and membership | 5 years accounting experience |
