VACANCY – HEAD CHEF:

Rodizio Restaurant is a Brazilian restaurant situated at Riverwalk Gaborone which operates under the RODIZIO international franchise. It is an all-you-can-eat style of restaurant service which originates from Brazil. We cater for corporate, private and all types of celebrations. Rodizio restaurant refers to a franchise that offers Brazilian style steak. By using the power of a franchise our customers associate us with the leading brand.

We are looking for a candidate with the following attribute,

• The candidate must be well versed with the Italian and Brazilian cuisine,
• Must be able to set a high level of food outlet standard which competes equally or above existing food outlets in Phakalane.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the food production conforms to the requirement of the Franchise, BOBS and ISO Standards.
• Qualification and Experience
• A minimum of 5years is a requirement
• The candidate must have occupied a similar position in a food outlet which serves Italian or Brazillian dishes.
• A Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent and an IT Qualification will be an added advantage
