QUALIFIED COACH BUILDER

WANTED: QUALIFIED COACH BUILDER

A Francistown based manufacturing Company is looking for a “HANDS ON” coach builder. Prospective candidates should be able to fulfil the following requirements.

• GCE or Equivalent
• Must have served an approved apprenticeship (City of Guilds or similar) as a coachbuilder or boilermaker or similar trade.
• Have at least 10 years practical experience in a steel manufacturing environment of which at least 2 years must have been at managerial level.
• Must be total computer literate and have the ability to use the following software.
• Microsoft Office
• Sigmanest
• CAD/CAM
• Be able to read, interpret and understand Engineering Drawings including the ability to modify on CAD and Sigmanest
• Must have at least Syears experience using Kaliburn and Bumy Plasma cutters including the setting up of and maintenance of these machines.
• Must have experience with Hogart Extractor systems
• Aged between 35 and 45 years
• A class B drivers licence or similar

The prospective candidate must be able to demonstrate that he/she are able to take charge of acoach building section, be full responsibility for the output of the staff employed there, and finally take responsibility for ensuring that targets and quality standards as set by management are met.
