Job Description

• Processing and recording transactions
• Updating ledgers
• Data entry
• Processing agent contracts
• Maintaining client records
• Filing
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Fielding communication with clients in person or on the phone
• Promoting products or any special deal
• Preparing monthly reconciliations
• Attending to agent queries timeously
• Performing designated cash reconciliation statements and maintain and manage cash book on a monthly basis
• Build productive trust relationships with clients
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Carrying out office administration

-Excellent multi tasker with excellent communication and time management skills

-Proficiency with computer softwares ie Ms Excel & Ms Pastel

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate must be a holder of at least a diploma in Accounting /Finance and Banking or a related field from a reputable institution.
