Successful Administrative assistants should most importantly have a genuine interest to meet the needs of others. Candidates should always be prepared and responsive, willing to face any challenge directly. They should be professional in all dealings, attentive while also being consistently accurate. They should also be proficient in general computing software and excel in both written and oral communication.

Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks such as setting up meetings, generating reports and presentations, filing and re-ordering supplies, as necessary.
- Transcribe minutes from meetings and conduct research that may be required.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to appropriate party.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts.
- Tactfully greet and assist visitors.
Requirements:
- Higher qualifications in Communications, secretarial services and/or any related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills especially typing and MS Excel.
- Multilingual and active drivers license may be an advantage.
