Administration Clerk / HR clerk

Job Summary:

The Administration Clerk / HR clerk will support the Finance Department and Human Resources Department. The candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and Clients.

Job Description Responsibilities & Tasks

• Monitors the Clock in and Clock out System
• Monitors the attendance Register
• Prepares Reports
• Assistant to the HR and Finance Department
• Answers incoming calls and placing outgoing calls
• Deals with employees from the business and provides guidance and answers to common Human Resources questions
• Assist Finance department with capturing and accounts reconciliation
• Supports other departments as directed by Management

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources/ Diploma in Accounts
• 2 years’ experience in the same similar position, having knowledge of Pastel of similar Accounting Software
• 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Environment will be an extended advantage Drivers license (able to drive a Manual Car)
