ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS (X2)

Duties & Responsibilities

• -Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• -Prepare bank deposits
• -Manage petty cash transactions
• -Maintain digital & physical financial records
• -Calculate & checking to make some payments, amounts and records are correct
• -Check spreadsheet for accuracy
• -Create & update expense reports

Qualifications & Competencies

• -BCOM/AAT or equivalent
• -0-5 years’ experience
• – Good verbal and written communication skills
• -Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
