We invite qualified and experienced Candidates to apply for the following positions that are vacant in our organization:

General Manager – Property Development

Qualification:

Applicants must possess a minimum of Degree in Property Development and Management or related field from an internationally recognized Institution. They must have a minimum of five (5) years HANDS ON experience in construction, management and property development.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have extensive experience in putting together finance for property development. Search for Tenants and management of immovable property.
• The incumbent must have ability to effectively prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• He/She must be familiar with building and safety codes, and other regulations related to property development in Botswana.
• Applicants must have knowledge of planning permissions and all other required permits as required by law.
• Incumbents must have excellent communication, negotiation and client handling skills.
