- Business development strategy and product promotion
- Implementation of business expansion projects
- Client services and development of sales portfolios
- Oversight of distribution and merchandizing functions
- Warehouse management and dispatch processes
- Technical guidance and staff productivity in the manufacturing process
- Logistics and fleet management
- Training of distribution, Sales and merchandizing staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior managerial level experience with a least 15 years in FMCG industry
- Experience in retail branch set up and expansion projects.
- Knowledge of technical production processes, staff productivity and training.
- Extensive knowledge in the IT field is essential.
