Vacancy: Receptionist

A well-established Medical Centre is looking to hire two Receptionists for their location in Gaborone.

Job Outline:

Includes but is not limited to: Day to day administrative duties for the business, Receive phone calls, Registering clients and Scheduling doctors’ appointments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

-Up keeping cleanliness of the Reception and Back-Office Area -Ensuring refreshments are available for clients at all times. -Answering Phone Calls

-Handling all walk-in patients and referring them to the relevant

medical practitioner

-Ensuring appointment book is maintained

-Liaising with clients to ensure they get value for their money

-Client relationship management i.e following up with clients to check continued client satisfaction

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

-Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related business-related course

-2 years relevant experience

-Good Customer Service is Essential – Certification will be an added advantage -Must be able to work under pressure – Accuracy and Attention to Detail -Good Communications Skills – Written and Verbal Communication Skills -High Level of Professionalism

-Organisational and Time Management

-Fluent in English and Setswana (Spoken and Written)
