MAINTENANCE PLANNER – NutriFeeds Botswana

Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd t/a NutriFeeds Botswana requires the services of an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Planner at their Feed Mill plant in Pilane. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of engineering maintenance systems, engineering spares, and general maintenance equipment requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for among others the following:

• Plan scheduled inspections.
• Total maintenance costing assets.
• PRAGMA materials management.
• Perpetual stock takes and 5S standards.
• Facilitate spares requirements meetings.
• Maintain maintenance planning databases.
• Execute any other morally reasonable assigned duties to meet the exigencies of service as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: The prospective candidate must possess the following attributes:

• Computer literate.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Must be proficient as a Maintenance Electrician as well.
• Must be dynamic, flexible, and have sound technical skills.
• Sound communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (PRAGMA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a large manufacturing environment with specific experience in a fed mill or mining environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

NCC Fitting course/4 year Apprenticeship or any other related credentials.
