Our international recruitment programme will take you through the steps you’ll need to develop yourself as a fully trained nurse with UK registration.

You’ll join us initially as a Band 4 Pre-registered Nurse and spend your first few weeks being supported in our training rooms to prepare for your OSCE. Once your OSCE preparation programme is complete you will commence your induction to working as a nurse with one of our NHS partner organisations and then begin clinical work as a Pre-Registered Nurse, until you receive your NMC PIN. Once you’ve achieved your NMC registration, you’ll have a range of opportunities open up to you and will be well supported in your career goals and your ongoing transition into life in the UK.
