ABM University College invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and highly creative candidates for an exciting career opportunity as a Digital Marketing Assistant tenable at its Gaborone Block 6 Campus.

The successful candidate will be part of the Marketing department, contributing to the attainment of student recruitment goals through digital marketing. The successful candidate shall undertake engaging and relevant digital marketing campaigns for the institution across all its digital platforms/channels and enhance the institution’s online presence, sales and leads conversion.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Multi Media Studies/Advertising and Journalism/ Graphics Design/E-Commerce or any related field
• At least two (2) years Digital Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in a student recruitment environment (Tertiary Education).
• Candidates should have a good understanding of the Tertiary Education landscape especially the Tertiary Education Student recruitment market and have a good grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies. They should be able to manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and have evidence of strong personal online profile such as blog, website or interactions on various social media platforms.
