STOCK CONTROLLER – Nutrifeeds Botswana

1. Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments respectively.
2. Analysing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
3. Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock (OOS).
4. Placing and receiving orders to replenish stock as needed.
Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.
5. Overseeing stock storage processes.
6. Maintaining and updating daily shipment records, as well as purchases and pricing reports.
7. Perform regular stock take and cycle counting during the year-end stock take while conducting.
8. Reconciliation in case of discrepancies during cycle count schedule and reports on the same.
