HR Intern (3 months)

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include but not limited to updating employee records, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how companies approach payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts details
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Posting on social media platforms
• Review HR policies
• Perform Office administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Basic knowledge of the Employment Act
• Computer Literate (Experience with MS Office)
• Organizational skills
• Must be eligible to work in Botswana

Location: Gaborone

Type: 3 months Fixed term
