Accounts Clerk – Nutri Feeds Botswana

ACCOUNTS CLERK
Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd t/a Nutri Feeds Botswana require the services of an experienced, hands-on Accounts Clerk at their Animal Feed Mill in Pilane. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to aid financial administration by assisting the accountants with standards daily tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for amongst others the following:
 General daily Invoicing
 Respond to quotation requests
 Prepare daily sales reports
 Send weekly, monthly statements to the customers
 Address customer queries
 Generate sales orders
 Create expense approvals, calling quotations and preparation of purchase orders
 Process payments on SYSPRO
 Send remittance to the creditors
 Undertake any other morally reasonable duties assigned by management to meet the exigencies of service.

The prospective candidate must possess the following attributes

 Financial integrity
 Computer literate
 Numerically competent
 Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills
 Good organizational and interpersonal skills
 Minimum of AAT Level 4/Diploma in Accounting, BICA membership or willingness to enrol immediately, and a minimum of 1 year of service.

REMUNERATION:
The position attracts a negotiable competitive market related salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
