Social Media Assistant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Assistant to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services. The Social Media Assistant will use a wide variety of digital channels to build brand awareness and generate leads. A Brand Champion & Customer Champion.

DUTIES:

• Online platform, uploading marketing imagery, managing the back end of the website and liaising with Planning Department for product upload.
• WhatsApp business: managing whatsapp platforms for Aldo, Options & Levis
• Responsible for uploading Marketing imagery, liaising with customers and Planning Department.
• Handling customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Must possess at least a certificate in IT or Social Media Management field
• 1-3 years experience in the field
• Proven work experience in general digital activity
• Good understanding of social media, websites and overall media planning
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects
• “Can do” attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve
• Minimum Age of 25 years
