Human Resources Manager – Morula Holdings (Pvt) Ltd

We require a self-motivated and flexible person with a Diploma in Human Resources Management and at least three years’ experience of human relations responsibilities, and good supervisory skills.

The HR responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of staff contracts and planning for renewals
• Dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
• Records of leave days + overtime workings
• New employee inductions
• HR administration
• Planning and implementing performance appraisals

The successful candidate will also act as Supervisor for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique lodge so as to ensure that a consistently high standard of customer service and cleanliness is maintained.
