Human Capital Officer – ABM University College

ABM University College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for an exciting career opportunity as a Human Capital Officer, tenable at the Gaborone Block 6 Campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of general human resources management activities which include recruitment and selection of staff, staff onboarding and orientation, performance management, training and development, remuneration and compensation administration, employee welfare administration, records management and implementation of human capital policies.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years as Human Capital Officer preferably in a similar environment (tertiary education).
