Sales Representative

Main objective: To assist customers by welcoming them, answering questions, and ensuring that the sales process is carried out smoothly, as well as driving sales through engagement and sharing product knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promoting and selling products and related services to our prospective customers.
• Ensuring good customer service.
• Maintains a clean store environment at all times.
• Attracts customers by originating display ideas. Assembling display at all times.
• Addressing all customer complaints within a reasonable time.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers.
• Escalating all complaints and queries which cannot be handled at the store level- and making a follow-up to ensure that they are resolved.
• Upselling and cross-selling to all customers to reach the monthly target.
• Teaching customers about the technical products and services that we offer.
• Assisting customers who visit the store with technical complaints/queries and escalate to our cellular repair center as and when the need arises.
• Keep up to date with current/new products in the market.
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Essential: BGCSE / Equivalent Certificate

Desirable: Certificate in Sales, customer service, or any related field

• 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service)

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good Marketing and Sales Skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Setswana and English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
