Graduate Metallurgist – MP Mining

Job Description

• Compile and interpret statistical data for reporting.
• Supervising activities aimed at improving process plant efficiency.
• Monitoring and analysing plant key performance indicators.
• Assist in designing and conducting metallurgical and process investigations in the plant.
• Assist process operations team in monitoring and optimising process plant reagents and consumables.
• Assist with innovative solutions to solve problems.
• Carrying out test works aimed at circuit optimization.
• Metallurgical accounting.
• Process assurance activities.

Technical Competencies

• Basic knowledge of metallurgical and mineral processing technologies.

Personal attributes

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• A flexible and willingness to be involved with a broad range of tasks.
• A willingness to be ‘hands on’

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering and/or related fields.
