Job Description

Granjo Trainers And Consultants (BOTSWANA), a division of Granjo Holdings Proprietary Limited (BW00000125897), registered and accredited by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) Vocational Education and Training Provider (ETP) Number 0087, and recognized by the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC),We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Technical Engineering Lecturers. Committed to delivering high-quality vocational education in any of these fields: ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & ELECTRONICS, WELDING & FABRICATION, AND PAVING, TILING & LANDSCAPING.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and grade students’ classwork, laboratory assignments, and projects.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports for portfolio assessments.
• Actively contribute to college committees and related activities.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance and grades.
• Develop engaging course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and presentations.
• Design, install, and test equipment and systems relevant to the field.
• Conduct research, compile technical reports, and assist in prototype development.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to students.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years practical experience in relevant technical fields.
• Proficient in spoken, written, and technical English.
• Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification(s)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in project management and leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Solid mathematical skills with a focus on accuracy.
