Reporting to: Managing Director/CEO your key responsibilities will be:

•Drive the HR strategic agenda to position Access Bank as an employer of choice.

• Implement modern HR practices to enhance efficiency and engagement.
•Optimize organizational architecture to support business goals.
•Implement retention strategies aligned to top talent.
•Ensure necessary skills and competencies are available.
•Build and maintain positive relations with industry stakeholders.
•Monitor and improve the employee satisfaction index.
•Promote a performance-driven, commercially oriented culture.
•Ensure adherence to budget parameters and compliance with local labour laws and Group policies.
